The ladies club has more flex and is a 3 to 5 inches shorter. Drivers are a lot longer than they use to be. A lot of men hit ladies drivers better. Today's ladies driver is the same length as men's 10 years ago.

Ladies clubs are shorter by a few inches; the shaft is more flexable than most men shaft, since most women have a slower swing. The flex is almost the same as a senior flex in mens clubs. Many times the lofts on the driver, or there degree is higher so it's easier to get in the air more easily. My dad's driver is a 9 degree loft and mine (a ladies driver) is a 12 degree loft. The shaft is also skinner, for our smaller hands and the grips are skinner as well.

It's mainly shaft flex. If you've ever hit a women's driver you'd have noticed a real whippy shaft, and it was very difficult to control your shot shape. The majority of women have slower swing speeds than men and require a less stiff shaft in their clubs to compensate for their speed.

with the head itself, only colour. They are made the same.
The only real difference is the shaft. Flex, colour and the length. The type of shaft may also be different
