Not all women want just money, and gifts all the time! Its the little things that let her know how you feel. Flowers are a wonderful thing, but not just roses, find out what flower she loves, and surprise her with them every so often, she will love that you remember. Also if you know she is having a bad day, leave her a short little note somewhere she will be sure to find it, that lets her know you are there for her.

Seriously:
1)Please her in bed weekly
2) Tell her jokes
3) Compliment her beauty
4) sing to her
5) wine and dine her often
6) Buy her gifts and flowers for no reason what so ever
7) have serious intelligent conversation
8) ask her about her dreams and then do everything to help her realize them
9) If the scotch tape doesn't work, use Duc Tape

Don't try to keep her smiling, she is human and has the right to feel blue every now and again! If you want her to smile for you, be supportive of her when she can't smile.

Tell her how attractive you find her. Hold her hans with a gentle squeeze every few minutes. If she squeezes you back she likes it.
Always listen to her and comment on what she just said( hopefully in agreement)
Let her know about her clothes, shoes, figure, hair. Let her know how she makes you feel.
Most women love to be liked/loved. What you give her you get back ten fold.

Do anything that you can to sweep her off of her feet! By this, I don't mean all the materialistic stuff. Yes, flowers cards and candy are great; however, just having my man tell me how much he loves and appreciates me is all that I really need...oh yeah, a few compliments and endless respect does wonders too!!

Be Faithful, and appreciate it every little thing she does. Compliment her, and suprise her with little gifts. Take her out for a wild night sometimes or something just romantic. Help her out around the house.

Honestly - since no one will give a good answer - it depends on the girl. some girls are independent and like their space - others like to be pampered and others dont care. the best thing i can tell you is to just make sure you show her or tell her everyday what she means to you - you dont have to buy her things to do that either. just show interest in her and what she has to say - just be yourself and once you get to her know more and more - you will be able to answer your own question.

Don't let her know what she is doing to you is getting to you. I am going through the samething now. She flaunts her new boyfriend, just to piss me off. So i just smiled shook his hand and went on about me business like nothing happened.
