it depends on the kind of color you die it....dark colors require more days than lighter colors...everytime you wash your hair you will notice when it minimizes the color on the water...then you will know when you can go swimming again....

I'd at least wait 24 hours buttttttttttttt you should try using a swimming cap due to the chlorine will damage your hair. Some say their hair turns a greenish color until washed. Wash your hair immediately after swimming.

I colored my crimson till now, and that i wanted an similar platinum blonde. when you consider that crimson is the hardest color to strip out of your hair, it took over 2 years to attain my objective. the first time attempting to get the crimson out, I spent 5 hours in the salon, which grew to develop into to a brownish color. I waited 6 months till now attempting back and then yet another 6 months etc till I were given my outcomes. the color slowly grew to develop into lighter and the crimson both grew out or replaced into colored out. i'd dye it back immediately, yet do not anticipate any impressive outcomes. Wait a minimum of one month after to dye back and proceed to do it till you get blonde. do no longer attempt to do it your self!
