He's a leader of a church -- we'd all be a lot better off if church leaders would stay OUT of politics completely rather than get more involved. Their involvement in politics over the centuries has caused more trouble than any other single influence.

No one takes anything a Pope says as being serious after all the scandal involved John Paul II--the Patron Saint of Child Molesters.

To be honest, the Pope doesn't seem to carry any power in America, and many governments are starting to follow suit. Oh , you'll always have the Catholic church of course, but I think their days of "ruling the world" are coming to an end.

The Pope consistently preaches about love and peace, and against hate and fear.

I think the petition is a bit hateful, fearful, and hypocritical.

i think it's because religion is for cattle and he is brainwashed like every other follower of jesus
