I believe you may be referring to Jeremiah. See Jeremiah 1:6.

It was Jeremiah. At the book of Jeremiah 1:6 it reads: "But I said: "Alas, O Sovereign Lord Jehovah! Here I actually do not know how to speak, for I am but a boy."

It was Jeremiah. That is my brothers name and we heard that scripture so many times because of his name.

It was indeed Jeremiah. To my way of thinking, God should've had second thoughts on this one. This is the same guy who said:
"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" (Was he the life of the party or what?)
