Heaven and hell are fictional places. They can be whatever you want them to be, so yes, his portrayals of them are flawless - from his perspective.

Assuming those places actually exist, to give you an accurate answer, their image in Hyeronimus Bosch's mind must be compared with what we judge as accurate within our own lifetimes, cultures and beliefs.

Then there is the matter of how accurately did the painter represent on canvas what was in his mind.

We who know his work, appreciate his daring stance to illuminate his very traditional society with (for the first time in Western history) a SURREALISTIC representation of Earth Heaven and Hell.
