Methodist...by my parents choice many years ago...not mine.

Do I believe in God? I would like to believe that there is a supreme being...I just haven't seen any justifiable proof that there is/ever was one. If there is, as many say, where is the proof of existence? If God loves us and has a plan for us all, then what is with the suffering, pain, dispair, and death for the innocent all about? Is murder of one another by God loving/fearing Christians part of the overall plan? That is a major flaw then...and yet he loves us? But, I/we are supposed to accept ancient story telling as fact and be a model for our modern daily lives, faith, and existence?

My thoughts are that life is life and death is death...there's nothing more.

I'm muslim & proud to be. Islam is the "acceptance of principles" as they are. Islam is the religion of God and only one God, who controles everything and knows everything. The great, the powerful.

We believe in Jesus as a messenger from God, a man who is selected by God to guide his people to believe in God. also Moses is a messenger of islam, Abraham, Issac, Adam, Noah & Mohamad all are messengers of islam.

In the time of jesus islam was a little bit different because humanhood was not mature yet. they were allowed to drink alcohol. jesus came just change the mentality of muslims of moses who are very tough and severe. in his time love was something very important in islam. Jesus never said he's a God or he's a son of God. He's just human with 46 chrmozoms.

Islam has been on its final version with Mohamad which was the last messenger.
Now muslims have their economic laws, example 2.5% of stagnant money of every muslim will go yearly to poor people in order to keep everybody looking for investment.
Muslims have their sociologic laws example heredity, marriage, knowledge.
Muslims have their military laws, politic laws, elections, courts.
Some are accusing islam to be out of date, against females. it's unfortunately more than 20% of muslims analphabetic not cause they are poor. we are living in the darkest periods of islam.
some muslims are using the label of islam to do things 180deg against it. :-(

I'm a Christian. I do believe in God, and, just as importantly I believe, God believes in me.

You could say my "religion" is Southern Baptist. Actually, that's my denomination. What matters much more than that, though, is the fact that I have a personal relationship with God.

I am a Christian atheist. I think the other religions probably deserve for me not to believe them too, but not sure yet.

Christian - and I believe what the Bible says when Jesus tells Nicodemos "You must be born again" This is so simple it seems most people just can't grasp it. Simply put it means asking Jesus to forgive you of your sins and allow him to come into your heart and clean your life up. No where in the Bible does it say clean your life up and then come to me. It say come to me AS YOU ARE, and HE will clean your life up for you over a period of time.
