Of course I believe in God, silly boy. I just don't choose to be Christian. I'm a Non Denominational Happy Pagan Person. God and I keep organized religion out of our relationship. It simplifies matters greatly.

I do not belong to any religion and do not believe in God as the notion is perceived by most. I believe that we are spiritual beings and that something does happen when we die, but I also believe that no one really has any idea of what happens, so they use religion to guide them with answers to things they do not know. So, I will live my life, be a good person, let others believe what they want to believe and when I die, then I will find out life's biggest mystery just like all that will have died before me. Or maybe I will just be worm food and that's all there is. . . .

Yes i believe that there is a God. But i don't believe he is related to Jesus. I do not believe he is Allah and I don't believe his name is Shiva, or Vishnu. The various religion on Earth are ALL man made backed by the need to hold power over people and dictate their lives. You don't need to belong to any religion on earth. There are always two choices each and every one of us has to make you either do right or wrong, good or bad things.

In answer to your questions, I would like to tell you a story of a Holy Man, a Fool, called Mullah Nasruddin. Nasruddin was always doing the right thing for the wrong reason, the wrong thing for the right reason, but always we could learn from him. I hope you do not mind if I tell you of his folly here.

Once a long time ago, Nasruddin was walking along the dusty road toward Bagdad. In the distance he saw a group of men approaching him. Nasruddin began to get very worried. First he thought it might be a band of robbers who would beat him up and rob him. Then he thought it might even be worse: it could be the Caliph's soldiers who would beat him up, rob him, and make him enlist in the service.

He quickly looked around for somewhere, anywhere to hide. He saw a newly dug grave open by the side of the road. He ran across the road and threw himself into the grave and hid there.

The band of pilgrims, for that is what they truly were, saw this wild man with flowing robes and unkempt appearance run across the road and throw himself into a grave. Aha, they thought, he must be a holy man. They then went to seek some sort of blessing from him. They reached the grave and looking down into the grave they asked, "Mullah (which means teacher), why are you here?"

Nasruddin, seeing who they were and also seeing that it was what we teachers call 'a teachable moment' replied to them, "Gentlemen, two things: just because you ask a simple question does not necessarily mean there is a simple answer. And I am here because of you; further, you are here because of me."

Thank you for letting me tell you this story about the wise fool Mullah Nasruddin. I hope you have gained something by reading it. You might find it fun to tell others sometime. I do not know.

Peace.

My belief is God. He is a single, not a multiple, personable being. Who loves me since before creation, and gave His only begotten Son to die the second death for me, so that I as a member of a rebellious race, could have a second chance to pass His test, and become a Son Of God! I Keep All of Gods commandments, even the 4th one, because God has said that I must keep them if I want to go to heaven and live with Him. I am a follower of Jesus Christ. His example is my example to follow.
