The most causes of dizziness are due to a problem with the inner ear, but illnesses and physical conditions can affect your strength and balance. Medicines (examples for depression, diabetes or heart condition) sleep problems and high blood pressure often cause dizziness.
Your symptoms are from a broad range and vary in their severity, so it's not a trivial event and you should consult with your doctor ASAP.

I think that first reason for that feeling of "dizziness" is due to your probable low blood pressure, stress, something that occured to you all of a sudden etc.You have to visit a doctor if that continues at any rate..It could be a sign of many disorders..Hope that's only temporary..Good luck!

How are you eating? If you are not eating right that could be it or you could have diabetes. My sister-in-law has that and when it acts up she gets dizzy too.

Maybe you aren't eating properly and your blood pressure it too high or too low. It could be lack of sleep. Consult your doctor to be on the safe side.

Go to the doctor. You could have a blood sugar imbalance, low blood pressure , pregnancy, or something else...only your doctor by running tests will be able to tell you.
