PEPPER AND BBQ SAUCE

2006-06-14 04:42:41 · answer #1 · answered by JULIE 7 · 4 3

Mix a packet of french onion soup mix into the meat before forming patties. Usually one packet per pound of hamburger.

Season the exterior of the patty with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper.

Also do not use the very low fat hamburger. At least 10% fat in the mix will give the most flavorful results.

Salt and pepper are my favorites. I'll then gussy-up the condiments on the burger. I've seen some put worcestershire in the ground beef, as well as onion or garlic.
