Absolutely. Different people mature at different rates. Plus not everyone gets the same amount of facial hair. Asian people typically have less body hair than, say, Italians. Try looking at this person's family to see how their facial hair has developed. Men do not finish puberty completely until well in their 20's, so this 15 year old is just fine.

Okay...um well i am currently 15 and i have to shave every three days... but i had facial hair last year... and all of my friends have facial hair... and they're 15 but i would say yes in some cases it is normal... i mean if your father dosent have a lot of facial hair or he didnt at your age then it might be genetic... just a thought

Its perfectly natural. When I was younger I had facial but not chest hair, on the other hand, my younger sibling had no facial hair at 15. When he was 17, he outgrew a mustache and a beard and currently he has more hair than me.

Nothing unusual there.
I know 35 year old men who do have facial hair - but it's very sparse. It may all sprout out one day - or then again, you might not have that much facial hair.
(Don't worry - it's not the hair on your face that makes you a man - it's your heart and the deeds that you do!)

Why rush it? Facial hair makes you look old...I do not believe that you want to look old before you are.
