Everything is bad for you if not used in moderation. Also anything you use to change the way your body naturally functions cannot be great for you. It is OK to use, but not for long periods of time, and not in excess. Best results are seen from hard work and healthy eating. Pills, drinks, and magic are not good solutions to weight loss. If your not sweating to shed pounds, your not doing it the right way.

The original formula contained ephedrine which has been linked to stroke, heart attacks etc, so it was off the market for a while. . Most of the newer metabolife products have eliminated this but the original formula I believe has been produced again.

I think so. Any diet pills and such cannot be good. If you are truly serious about losing weight, start by following a sensible diet and exercise plan. Also you should check out the website http://www.3fatchicksonadiet.com
They have loads of diet tips on the site.
