In my last question, "Is This Racism?", the statement "If you do not give money to LAZY minorities, you are racist.". A member answered and pointed out that I needed to phrase my words to reflect what I meant. He was correct.

I did not intend to give the impression that minorities are lazy. I was refering to a small subgroup of every minority group, which includes a subgroup of whites. I admit my error, and I publically apologize for not phrasing my statement properly.

I always accept a heart felt apology. Great that you were able to see where someone else was coming from and how you could have offended someone. Nice job of owning up to your mistake! :)

Interesting but I think lazy applies to all groups. There are a lot of wealthy lazy ppl who just happen to get dealt a better hand at birth by inheriting wealth.

Maybe just attack lazy ppl in general. Or better yet, state what you are really talking about... you don't agree with giving entitlements to ppl you don't believe work hard enough.

Anyways, it is good to see you are working on how you phrase things.

Good job.

No need. I could grasp what you meant. Obviously not EVERY minority is lazy, just like not every American is lazy. Although those pro-illegal aliens would like you to believe otherwise on the latter. Anytime a blanketing statement is made, it is automatically false, because not every individual conforms to the statement.

Appology not neccisary. I suppose you could have worded the question..."If you do not give money to Lazy minorities (excluding minorities that are NOT Lazy), are you racist?" but as it was, I understood it.

To put this in political perspective, even if you convinced me that a minority of AMERICANS were lazy, it still would fall extremely far short of the concept that we need illegals they don't need us because Americans are lazy.

THERE IS NO AND I MEAN NOOOOO JOB THAT AN AMERICAN WOULDN'T DO.

I think insults and racial slurs detract from the core of the debate, which is people from somewhere else being in america illegally.
