Beware of cheap puppies! It can lead to high vet costs and heartbreak. Many cheap puppies come from puppy mills where they are breeding for profit and not the health and well being of the animal nor the betterment of the breed. I know that people have purchased what seemed to be a great deal on a pure-bred dog from Russia, only to spend thousands of dollars on vet bills for a sick dog that eventually had to be put down.
If you are looking for a pet only, and not a dog to show and breed, a better source would be your local animal shelter or PetSmart or PetCo. They hold adoption days and you can find happy, healthy puppies there. The adoption fees are usually reasonable and they check the pets thoroughly for disease, not to mention, most are fully vaccinated before adoption. Plus, they usually provide invaluable advice on raising the dog and a new pet kit which includes coupons for discounts on the basic pet supplies!

If you have to ask for a cheap one then you cant afford one at all. The initial vet visit alone will cost a few hundrd dollars alone with vaccinations etc. A few months down the line the puppy then need to be spayed or neutered which is a few hundred dollars again. Every year they need shots updated which is more money again.

Honey, you go to your local Animal Shelter. There are a lot of nice puppies who need to be adopted. The fee is nominal and many times you can get thr first and second sets of shots at little or no cost. They may also help with spay/neutering.

Go to your local animal shelter. Adopt a dog, there are too many stray and abused dogs out there that need a home.

Search via Yahoo! Local to find one near you.
Also puppyfinder.com or petfinder.com which is like ebay for pets.
You may also want to try Craigslist.com which has ton of resources for hundreds of cities.

Please check your local animal pound, should be listed under city listings. These animals will be put to death if they are not adopted. You will find a dog you will love and it will love you.
