I can't decide. Which one is worse/better? More/less annoying?
Naturally I draw the line at harrasment, puh-lease

I like being stalked (in a good way), I like stalking (also in a good way), it's nice to know someone love ya!

Stalking is illegal, yes. If you had ever been stalked, you would know that stalking is not teasing. It's a sick-minded pervert who gets their rocks off scaring people. Can be male or female and they are dangerous!

Teasing can upset people, if you do good stalking then that would be better and less annoying :)

Teasing is better than stalking. Teasing is usually harmless. That is not so with stalking.

That depends on whether you are in more need of exercising your body or your wit.
From the recipient's point of view, it depends on how attractive and kind you are. If you are hot but malicious, they would prefer you to stalk. If you are toad-faced but affectionate, I recommend teasing.

when u tease someone u r playing with them, to stalk someone is very bad and u really should not do it
