If by messages you mean email, then all you need to do is hold down the control button on your keyboard 'ctrl' and then click each message you want deleted.....then find the delete key on your screen somewhere (usually a red 'x') and hit it.....there should be a window that pops up that asks you if you are sure you want to delete all the messages you selected and when you choose 'yes' it will delete all the messages for you.....
p.s. in case you accidentally deleted something you didn't mean to, the deleted messages will stay in a folder called deleted messages where you can retrieve or recover your accident
