Go to the salon and have it done professionally. They have products and more importantly techniques that are not available to you.
The problem with black hair color is it is very difficult to remove all the unwanted pigment from the hair. Often times it will only lift out so far and then the colors you are left with are less than desirable. Those shades need to be tones out by a darker shade. You will probably not get your hair back to blonde but at least it will not be black or a clown shade.

as someone who has worked at a salon for a loooooong time, and has many acquaintances that are stylist enable me grant you with some suggestion. do no longer DO IT your self. Blasck is the on color that in case you dye it your self, you'll under no circumstances get it off in a healthy way. or in besides which will look sturdy from domicile. you've saturated your hair follicle with black pigment, and that is extremely problematical to vanish out. specially in case you die your hair alot, and your hair is already damaged. you do not opt to perm it. which may be the worst component you should do! you do not opt to placed immediately bleach on it, because your hair would damage aside! (trust me I have seen it) i do not understand what difficulty your hair is, yet your wonderful determination is only too bypass to a any salon and bypass in for a loose consultation. they'll in all likelihood finally end up tellin you that you want a color correction. Ehich can take everywhere from an hour to 5, deoending on your hair length and texture, etc. The avarage fee of haveing your hair fastened is often round $100 thirty. besides the indisputable fact that the consultation is continuously loose, and they could be able to continuously recommenf some thing probability-free on your hair. i'd not attempt any domicile cures all people recommends the following. only see a Proffessional. sturdy success!

I'm guessing your hair is a medium reddish orangish brown right now, so here's what you have to do. Trying to make it blonde is going to tear your hair up. Don't go any lighter right now. You need to go to a beauty salon and have the stylist foil pieces of your hair with an ash or neutral toner. This will make these pieces a nicer color of light brown or dark blonde. Then on the rest, have the stylist darken that just 1/2 a shade of a pretty, light golden brown. This will make the foiled parts look lighter, and make the hair look healthier. After that, get a good haircut, get a great deep conditioner, then 6-8 weeks later, get your hair hilighted. You never want to go from black to blonde in one quick sweep. Always do it gradually, that is, if you want to keep your hair. Good luck. Don't worry. Color is ALWAYS fixable.

Unfortunately, black hair color is like cancer - you can never get rid of it. I won't even do black - if a client comes to me wanting black I tell them to get a box. I don't mean to sound nasty but that is just how it is with black. It's definitely a corrective color situation. You might try lifting with bleach and depositing some lighter brown highlights throughout the head and then always color the new growth with a sllightly lighter color but not something obvious - stay with the darker browns and keep trimming.

Schwarzkopf Phantom is the best color remover but there are no guaranttees with black - especially if you have had it for a while.

you will have to go to the salon. They can use a bleach product called a "lightener". It works really good. I have very dark hair and they use it to highlight my hair. It doesn't damage your hair at all like the old kind of bleach did. My hair feels pretty healthy after they use it on there. Good luck, it sucks to have your hair messed up.

If you already tried yourself and did not work, I would suggest to go to a good hair stylist that knows much about hair coloring. Do not end up bald by trying yourself to do it.

Usually you have to work with bleach and re-color hair. But since you colored it black and I dont know your true hair color , if its blonde you have naturally you may have to stick for a while with a darker color until it grows out or have a short hair cut and cut it all off.

DO NOT TRY MORE PRODUCTS YOURSELF. Believe me you will ruin your hair!

The reason why is everyone with blond, why cannot you just have jet black curly hair with some blonde or blonde curly hair with some jet black hair. Today you don't have to choose.
