You pronounce it like a gay man that's how.

Are you asking what to do to correct it???

Go to your local hospital and see if they have a speech theropy clinic or if there is one in the area... They will be able to help. If there is none go to the school, Yes that is right the school, ask who the speech teacher is and then work a deal for tutoring in the evening.

I also have a mild lisp. When I was younger I started to speak very fast. This became the bigger problem because lisping does not make it difficult for listeners to catch what you are saying, but rushing through sentences does. Now I try pressing my front teeth tighter on one onother when pronouncing the s. Try it. Some people even says it sounds cute?!

Put your teeth together then lift the top set off the bottom just a little. Not evey enough for you tounge to come out. Pull your lips out like you are smiling and draw your tounge back. Push air through your front teeth just like you are whispering a secret. And there you go. SSSSSSSSSS away and good luck!

Take your focus off "s". Practice spelling aloud "yes" and then saying the word. Do the same with "dress" until you are at ease without giving much thought to "s" and you should see a marked improvement. Singing the words will also help. Relax and enjoy.

depends on how you pronounce it now. if you did like i did when i was a kid, and used the back of your tongue and your teeth, then you want to try the same way that you pronounce a t with the front of your tongue just behind your upper front teeth, but try with an S. it take a few times, but you'll get it.

Touch the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth-just behind your teeth as you try. Practice with words that end in S first.

Like the "S" in liSp.. Did you ever wonder why the word LISP has a "S" in it. Shouldn't it be LITHP?

Make sure you're not putting your tounge on your teeth, cause i do that XD.
I say like "Fith" instead of fish, haha.
Just kinda say "Shh" or something, and practice other s words. I don't know what else to tell you, lol.

Pull in your tongue, to the back of your throat.

Like in singing, when you are not using your tongue, as in 's', you relax your tongue behind your bottom teeth.
