Sorry dear, NOTHING gets rid of cellulite. It's party genetic and it can happen no matter what you weigh. The good news is that it can be minimized. The new body firming creams can help for a short term. They must be used for at least a month and then continue to be used for it to work. Actually massage of any kind and moisture (Lotion) to the area help. Aerobic exercise helps by firming skin and muscle which help the appearance. And tanning cream actually because tan skin looks slimer than pale (but DONT tan in the sun or tanning bed!!!!!! cancer is always bad)

Dimply skin from cellulite is hereditary, and it can become more prominent due to instigators such as poor eating habits, inactivity, not drinking enough water, hormone changes, and elevated extra fat. The dimples are caused by fat cells pushing against the vertical connective tissue.

Cellulite lotions, pills, along with other methods are not good at removing dimply skin from cellulite. The most effective strategy is to consume healthy foods via plenty of fruits and vegetables, and utilizing a consistent exercise routine that incorporates both cardiovascular and resistance training.

Try "dry brushing" when you shower. You can buy long handled brushes in places like The Body Shop, and you are meant to gently brush upwards, towards your heart, to increase circulation and break down the toxins that cause cellulite. If it makes you feel better, I am a UK size 6/8 and also have cellulite-however I drink, smoke, love coffee and chocolate, all massive cellulite causers. I say enjoy your life, and don't cut out things you enjoy for ther sake of a thigh dimple or two.

As the liposuction surgeon will tell you, there is no such thing as cellulite. What you see is 'bumpy' skin over uneven layers of normal adipose tissue (fat).
You might expect that massage or similar methods could even out the uneveness, but squashing the stuff has no real effect - a pity really since many people spend a lot of time sat on their bum.
There are two solutions; liposuction - and hope the surgeon removes fat evenly so you are not left with unequal bum cheeks, or to reduce the amount of fat by reduction dieting (i.e. eat less energy-food whilst maintaining a balanced diet).

Drink lots of water. Try to massage the area of cellulite. Creams don't work though. Excerise is another thing you could try even if its just walking 30 mins a day.

I am not a doctor but my guess is that extremely high intensity exercise of the particular cellulite region will eventually shift it. IT needs to be constant regular exercise and for extended periods of time. It will eventually shift.
