Supay was both the god of death and ruler of the Uca Pacha as well as a race of demons. Some believe he has been adopted by Christian mythology as the fallen angel Satan. Canonically, Satan has never been a ruler of Hell (or Hades), but a future prisoner of it (see Satan).
