Some of skin become white patches is there full cure or not why not to create that medicine to help suffering?

Skin is normal, skin normal in black colour, but some allegeric, become black spin changes to white colour .

Could be tinea-versicolor-white patches that show up mostly when the weather gets warm. It is a "fungus" and can be treated by using dandruff shampoo on your skin when you shower. Excess exposure to the sun seems to make it thrive more.
