You can never ever let down a grl without breaking her heart. There's no easy way to end it. Be honest and tell her how you feel, and if she really does love you, she'll take awhile to get over but will eventually forgive you and you guys can possibly be friends. It all depends on her and how badly she takes it.

How long have you been together? I was in that same boat, but we were together only 6 months. We became friends after I came out of a relationship and then started dating. But with her divorced, things got weird. So I said I wasn't ready for the role I am being placed into. And she understood.
p.s. we dated in high school, too. and then didn't talk from then for about 5 years when we got back together. now we don't talk, of course.

There will always be a broken heart, a feeling of rejection. My advice to you is to get it over with. You obviously arent happy with her so do it already before you cause her more harm. You cant stay with someone forever because you feel sorry for them. It causes problems much worse, trust me. Besides, she'll find someone else.

Just be honest and tell her the reason why you are breaking up with her. I hope the 3 year old is not your kid though..

Their is no possible way to let it down easy but if I were you I'll explain to her that you don't want to be with her.I can't promise you that it won't break her heart but explaining why is a good start...

you may break her heart now, but it's better than staying with her, cheating on her, having kids with her and then finally leaving her. Be a man and just do it, but do it gently.

You just have to tell her as nicely as you can. Because after 3 years no matter how you do it she is going to hurt, it is natural. My friend went through this.

That depends on how long you've been dating her. If it's been a while, she'll be hurt no matter what. Just be honest- if you don't want to continue the relationship, there's no reason to do so.

Unfortunatly, can't avoid breaking her heart. Hurt her worse if you don't say something and not hold back from her.
