I would like to do this but is it gonna be a waste of time?

My daughter is on the Special K challenge, so far she has lost about 5 lbs. She has a long way to go, but she had no success with the Hydroxycut and she took it for about 6 weeks. She too is a mother of one.

bad way to diet. you need to learn to it healthy. not starve yourselve. but it will work. but you can substitute a lot of other cereals. make sure you are taking a multi-vitamin and drinking plenty of water also.

i have and it doesn't work
you can eat fudge bars in place of the cereal and you would lose more weight.
