Honey, my husband is 42 and he still needs to be reminded. If not he will walk out of the house without his keys, or his hat, his medicine. I love him with all my heart, but he is very forgetful sometimes. I usually get a call after I drop him off at work in the morning and I know he's forgotten something. Usually keys or medication. I don't mind bringing it back to him, but lately it's been a once a week occurance. I guess it doesn't help we get up at 4am and have to be out the door by 5. I don't know so I remind him when I can and I've made a check list on the door so before we leave he can look it over. It makes me feel good to remind him sometimes though. And he now reminds me, because I've been keeping up with him so much I forget about me. So we work together and remind one another. :) It's not always a bad thing.

why do women specially 20-24 need to be reminded for everything..?see the same reason

In these times, young men have a defense mechanism of saying, what? This allows them to buy time for an answer, when they perfectly understood what was initially said. It can be really annoying, but do not repeat your question or remark. They know what you said and will eventually answer. They then know not to pull that on you.

Its not that they forget, but it is the fact of whether or not if it is important to them at the time. You will notice with all men, whatever they think is important will stick to them like glue, but if it doesn't affect or effect their lives then they do not take it into consideration. However, that is not all men!

They're men. Unless it's important to them, they don't care enough to remember. And half the time, they're not listening anyway. It's just something you're going to have to get used to if you want to continue having relationships with the male sex.

I don't know, but my boyfriend is 30 and he forgets things a lot. I always have to remind him & sometimes it really drives me nuts!

some of them just feel good to know that someone else watches and thinks, and cares about them and what they are doing or going to do most of the time .
