Yes freedom is in Christ!!! The freedom he talks about is not worldly freedom but spiritual freedom. You see we were all born into sin, bound by it's temptation.Bound to it's will, but when Christ died upon the cross he paid for our freedom from eternal damnation. But it's by choice.
Worldly freedom has taken a turn for the worst!!!
People have forgotten what responsibility comes with freedom.

Freedom and religion don't go together, why you may ask. Religion puts down personal freedom through threats and fear.
Don't do this, don't do that!! Or else!
My idea of freedom or free-will is to never having to say you're sorry or to have guilt about ANYTHING you do. Some people don't understand this. But it's very simple to have the power of a God is the only true freedom.

True freedom is following the ten commandments as it is what God said to do to enjoy that freedom. Any deviation from that is slavery to sin. WE can only find perfect freedom in doing what God wants us to do rather than doing what we or Satan wants. Along with that freedom comes perfect peace, a peace that most in this world can only dream about. Jesus had that perfect peace and freedom as He kept every commandment of God and taught others to do the same. There is perfect peace and perfect freedom in this world now but you have to keep the commandments of God, all ten of them, to enjoy that peace and perfect freedom. Most will acknowledge nine of them but leave the one that says "Remember" out. None of them has been done away with but by man. Jesus said, "I come not to destroy the law or the prophets, but to fulfill the law." Keep the law and you have perfect freedom.

Freedom is the state of being exempt or liberated from slavery or the power of another.
Bible freedom is a condition upon accepting Jesus, in every way, but especially in this case, of setting you free from the consequences of sin and death.
Romans 8:1 ..those in union with Christ Jesus have no condemnation...2) set you free from the law of sin and death...21) that the creation itself also will be set free from enslavement to corruption and have the glorious freedom of the children of God.

Freedom is the ability to do as you like. Freedom in Christ is much more powerful, because you WANT to do the Father's Will, and THAT gives you the power of God Himself.

Freedom without responsibility is license. Taking personal responsibility for self allows for growth of spirit which is your personal freedom.

Freedom..one of the most speculated wordsNaturally,we are supposed to be free with the act of our birth and of course,we are also responsible to withstand and "create" our private freedom..A man should be as free as free as free as one should be..So relative,so worth..I feel free!
