if you are using opera then right click at any point and select reload every and set the time you want

You would not want one. Dispite what you are thinking.

Take for example just typing up your questions. How would you like it to refresh the page half way through your work and erase everything. Not to mention forms, emails, and downloads.

You are better of without it.
