Oh, it's possible to make a person do almost anything.
Tie him to a chair and use a combination of sleep deprivation, threats, and beatings, until he promises to love you forever.
But don't let him free just yet. Brainwashing is only complete when the subject finally believes what they are saying to you. This will require many more beatings.

Boys like who they like, nothing you do, say or feel will change that.
Like YOURSELF. When that happens, the boys will respond. Don't waste time or self esteem chasing after some immature jerk, let the boys come to you. If you show self confidence, they WILL come to you. Nothing is a bigger turn on than a woman who is confident in herself.

Try to know his likes and dislikes. react accordingly. always remind him of his strong and good points. ignore his weak points. Praise him on what ever nice thing he does. Praise his clothing sense etc. try to get close to him by knowing who is in his family , to whom he very close to, about his past etc. I am sure he will be attractd to you if you do this much. Believe me. I have tried it with my BF!
