Agreed that it should be done in private but sometimes things can get pinched or smashed down there and it's fiercely uncomfortable and just out of reflex or to ease the pain an on the spot adjustment is needed.

I work in a place where the majority of employees are men---so when i see it, it really doesn't bother me. Plus, i think they are comfortable enough around me that they don't mind me being offended.
