My bed is not the problem. I stand all day. I THINK the problem is coming from my tummy pulling on my backbone, because of new weight gain. Could it be?

I just got Billy Blanks new CD in. Haven't opened it yet. Ain't that pitiful?

You might want to start off slowly. I would suggest some toe touches, twisting with hands on hips, kinda warm up stuff before doing the Tai Bo right from the start. Don't overextend yourself right off of the bat, bad back pain is not a good motivator, and you could really hurt yourself. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your having lower back back I would recommend yoga or swimming both are low impact and help to tone and strengthen your back muscles.

I'va had lower back spasms for years and yoga has helped tremendously.

Also try to get a pair of supportive shoes like the type of clogs nurses and chefs use. Aerosoles makes some that are fabulous

Stronger abs would help with back pain. It helps to balance you out and improve your posture.

If you are having back pain, though, you should see a doctor and/or chiropractor. You don't want to make it worse!
