The Church needs a REFORMATION, not a revivial. "If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (Psalm 11:3) How can the Church continue if it does not believe its own Book, but chooses to continually change itself to make itself more appealling to those who hate the One who established the Church? The Church, as we know it, is headed for extinction--or at least no visibility--because it does not hold on to the truth in spite of what the world may think of it.

The "Church" has never needed revival per-say BUT, many in the, "CHURCH", need revival from time to time. I can not really say if She is due for another revival, but it sure can't hurt; it can only help.

here in the south it seems we always need a revival..people just need to wake up and start living the life that has been taught through the bible...if we want change we have to have a worldwide wake up where we continue on doing what we need to do to keep the church thriving and to save the world and our own backsliding community...we have to continue on for the youth...and for the world...how many times in a year do we need revival? and what's it supposed to be for? i mean, do we need to be revived that often..to get hot and on fire for God and then burn out in a week...we need a plan and we need to stick to it...then our people will come to church and come back to church...and trust God...it's so many pastors these days failing there young people and there congregation at large...and they aren't teaching them how to go out into the world and we need more of that...lasting, always burning fire.

Forget the revival. I'd say that any church based on the Bible needs a complete overhaul!

Talk about your wayward flock!

The church (all denominations) are truly changing because of lack of attendance. That is the wakeup call to all organizations...the people. Nothing happens cataclysmically...it is all a slow evolution of change.

Only if it's a true revival and not a counterfeit one.

I hope so. it seems that the church has lost its first love (Christ, the son of God).
