I had to have my long hair cut off because it was getting so thin and tangling really bad.I have started using nioxin shampoo,and my hair is getting thicker and has stopped falling out.Does anyone have any suggestions for fast hair growth?

First and foremost...examine your diet.
What you eat and drink is directly reflected in who your hair (skin and nails, too).
If you are eating healthy foods and water, you should not be having problems.
Vitamin E is also very helpful.

I started taking the dietary supplements, Chondroitin and Glucosamine for my arthritis 4 yrs ago.
I noticed an IMMEDIATE increase in hair and nail growth, in addition to the reduction in inflammation to my joints. I now must trim my hair and nails TWICE as often as I did previously.
It's worth a try. Can't hurt.

Keep the split ends trimmed off. Get your hair trimmed about ever 6-8 weeks. Don't put hair spray or anyother crap in it. Brush it slowly so you don't rip it out. And keep it clean and conditioned.
