I use Crest White Strips per reccomendation from my dentist. They work great!! They do take a little longer to get results than you could get from the Dentist but they are way cheaper!! If used to often they can make your teeth & gums sensitive.

Home whitening treatments do not harm your teeth however they may cause sensitivity. I personally recommend crest white strips. Look on eBay to get a great deal. As for the ingredients I am not sure on that on one. The tooth sensitivity can be avoided by using sensitive toothpaste simultaneously with the strips.

if you do not have decay, fillings or crowns on your front teeth- most ppl can use the over the counter whitening strips without problems. sometimes they will notice a sensitivity developing . talk to your doctor about it and see what he says
