Is it worth it to get a dental whitening treatment if you smoke/drink coffee?

Or you think it will only get worse?

The whitening will work if you smoke the results might not last as long though.Crest White Strips worked great for me.

I smoke, so I don't know if a professional whiting would help unless I quit. So I use whitening toothpastes. They work really well. Those white strips aren't bad either.
