You might be overtraining. Make sure you are taking at least one full day of rest each week. Also make sure that you are eating enough for all the working out that you are doing.

There may be some reasons for this:
1) You may be overtraining. If you don't give yourself time to recuperate you'll never exceed your previous workouts. You'll gain speed / fitness during your rest periods.
2) You aren't eating enough... perhaps. Make you sure you are properly fueled. 5 miles requires proper nutrition. If you've cut your carbs or are doing the Atkins dance, stop! Running requires food / energy.
3) Humidity -- as summer approaches and the heat gets worse, expect your performances to decline. I always lose a little bit of time on my runs during the summer because of the heat.
4) Going through a funk. It happens. I can run a 20:06 5K one weekend and two weeks later hit 21:15. It happens.
Good luck.

Sounds like you're burning yourself out (Over-training). Slow down a bit and take more rest. (Are you getting 2 days rest?)
You may need to re-evaluate your diet.
If need be, drop your running down to 30 mins and see how you go. If still a problem have check up at the docs.
Without knowing how often, how long and what training you do it's hard to tell.

i expect your burning off more callories with your extra work load weights etc,so its a bit like a car when you run out of fuel, i sugest you first get a check up just to make sure all is ok,then speak with someone who can help you with your callories intake that will cope with you extra workout, its all a matter of input on output,if you dont put enough in you cant get more out

It could be that you may have asthma, it doesn't have to flare up on you, i would have it checked out.
