I know that your suppose to eat about six small meals a day, so that you are healthy and have a faster metabolism, but I usually just have three small-medium size meals a day. I never know what or how much to eat during those meals, and I'm scared I will get fat if I eat too much. Im also never that hungry. Can you give me some suggestions on what to eat during those meals? Or is my three meals a day ok?

I try to eat four small meals and then one larger one-either lunch or dinner. I have two meals that are about 200-300 calories and then two snacks that are about 100-200 calories. If I've eaten 800 calories and I only want to have 1500 that day, then I know I have 700 calories I can eat for dinner. So if I go out or eat with my boyfriend (when I tend to eat more) I know how much I have left over to eat. It just takes a little work knowing about how many calories things have.

Three meals a day won't kill you or make you fat if it hasn't yet, but it's better to eat 5-6 small meals per day.

You could decide certain times when you are going to eat daily, and stick to them. How much food you need depends on a lot of things, like how much exercise you get daily and how big and old you are. Just make sure to eat various kinds of food and that you get enough. If you're not getting enough or if you're eating too much, you'll notice a difference soon and be able to adjust.

Some meals can be small, for example a fruit, but you need some "main meal" at least once per day too, where you eat something more, for example a cooked meal. How much to eat each time I think you'll just have to figure out yourself by trying.
