I will try to give you some tips..We live in constant stress, and inevitably that affects our whole life and well being. The trick is to keep "breathing",hoping, not pushing ourselves and pinpointing real objectives. It's wise not to making attempts to foresee the future.because that's causes more stress and discomfort. Look for some plain Yoga exarcises or just "assanas" or yoga breathing. Supply yourself with some herbal remedies,or just take a relaxing cup of herbal tea..Enjoy every free time..buy yourself something..smile at trifle things..Learn to see the goodness in simple things and acts..Develop a moderate optimism..and never underestimate yourself..Good luck!

I know what it is like to manage stress at work and at home. At work sometimes I get yelled at and I just try to explain that I am trying my best and that I might need to take a little break to calm down.
At home, since I live alone and everybody wants to come over and I have already had a stressfull day I tell my friends that I would prefer to have some time to relax and have a buble bath. That always relieves my stress at home.

Life at work and home can be very stressful. I think the best way to cope with it is to have some alone time each day or even once a week. Indulge yourself. If you take care of you first then everything else should become easy. If you have children as well, try the ivillage website. They have a Daily Indulgence that they email to you everyday, and it just helps you escape your stress even if its for a moment. I love it, it has really helped me cope with work, home and 3 kids.

First remember not to sweat the small stuff and that it’s all small stuff. Don’t like that one? How about “ It doesn’t matter to a billion Chinese people”. Cliché I know but think about it. How many times did you stress over something that at the time seemed like the end of the world but looking back you realize that it was a non-issue? I also like to think about how good I have it compared to other people. Try reading Viktor Frankl - Man's Search for Meaning an awesome book that helped me put things in perspective.

Try meditation and or breaking routines. At lunch go to your car or a park. Close your eyes and empty your head just concentrate on your breathing and relaxation. Maybe add a little soothing music.

Take breaks where you shut everything out. Power breaks. Walk to the restroom and splash a little cool water on your face, water the plants, something like that. At home, showers are a good place to be alone with your brain.

Be as organized as possible. You won't waste time searching for things that you need.

Workout. A brisk walk or vacuuming will release pent up energy.

Eat well. Your body functions much better when it has proper fuel.

Drink water.

Take vitamins.

Reward yourself once a week, so you have something to look forward to.

Like everyone else in this world...

You do what you can and and that's all you can do...

Tell yourself I can't let this crap bother me, my life is to important to waste it on being worried or stressed out over your job...
