Well they couldnt name it iPod since that name is patented by Apple. Their silly little 'i' something is patented, but Im sure microsoft would do something like that.

I bet if they make an "ipod" look alike, then it would freeze up like every 5 minutes and we would spend more on trying to expand its memory rather than for what it is used for.
