I would tell her that she is well endowed. :) I had an ex-girlfriend who used to like to show off and talk about her behind. I touched it during sex and once this year in jeans after she wanted me to. The only problem is, she didn't want me to get close and intimate. She has been like this for a few years, so I couldn't really do anything else. She had emotional and obnoxious problems so I left her. This kind of behavior was definitely out of control and obnoxious.

the only way it is acceptable to tell a woman that is if you are seeing her or are married to her... otherwise she would probably take offense
