Adding some extra water to your dog's food may help, but more than likely not all the time. Your best option at this point is to create a space for your puppy to go to the bathroom EVERY time they go outside. Make it an easily distinguishable area for the dog so they know where the boundaries to that area are and only let them go there.
Do not ever give your dog the pills that are supposed to lower nitrogen levels in dogs urine so it doesn't burn holes. These pills are very dangerous to your dog.

All dog's urine kills grass. There is not much you can do about it unless they sell something at the pet store. I usually make sure I do not let my dog go in the same spot, this way your grass may not be as bad off.

Assuming that your statement meant to include a request for advice, after your dog urinates if you rinse the area off with water (either from a hose or watering can) you can help your grass not turn yellow. I have no idea if they really work, but there are supposedly products out there to prevent this. You also can check you local pet store or online at various pet supply sites.

yes, urine kills the grass and if you don't want this to happen then take the pup somewhere where he can do his business and not damage the grass. Good Luck.

All dog's urine kills grass. There are additives you can get at your local petstore to put in your dogs food, so that his urine will stop burning the grass.

you can buy a commercial product to add to your dog's water that will neutralize the burning effect of the urine. many online pet supply stores sell it. just look under the category of "stain removal".
