i think coke and sprite are same carbonated,, or almost the same,, anyway don't believe what is written on them..

That of course depends on where you obtain the drink from. I don't mean the store, but the bottling factory or drink machine. Certain drink machines in restaurants have different ratios of syrup to water, which in turn makes a slightly different soda. As for the bottling plants, the same thing applies and results is a slightly different beverage.

if you're so concern about carbonate and thinking to choose the less carbonated one, i would say all carbonated drinks are not good for health coz of high sugar content. rather take plain water or mineral water.
