my dad is making me cut my hair, when that happens i feel like i want to kill him and everyonn else around me, and i feel without strength and with no emotions, obviously he dosnt care that and will make me cut it anyway. i was thinking and i remembered that he once accussed me with no probs of stealing 80 dollars and he didnt wanted to say it wasnt me, like always, he did the thing i most hate in world, ask me if i did that i say no and even so he say i did it. the thing is that he founded the money in the top of the TV and he didnt even say sorry, is hats the best way? split in his face: hey you didnt say sorry when you accussed me of stealing the money. cant i have it as a sorry?

i think that accussing some one for stealing almost 100 dollars is a grave accussing. dont you think?

i think your dad is a jerk. too much ego.if you cannot do anything about it, just don't be like him when you became a daddy someday.

The hair issue and the money issue are unrelated. Combining the two into one rant is not helping your situation or your outlook.

Some people, men in particular, have trouble admitting when they are wrong. Probably coming to you and saying that he found it on the TV was as close to an apology as you're going to get. Learn from his failing, and don't grow up to be one of those people. When you're wrong, apologize.

If you are still dependent upon your dad for things, like food, shelter, transportation, etc., then you have to live by his rules. If he says no long hair, then you have to cut your hair. Period. He's doing you a favor. Whenever I am out shopping or something and I see boys walking around with long messy hair, saggy pants, backward baseball caps, and big baggy untucked t-shirts, I wonder where their self esteem is.
Long hair on a male person says "I don't have enough concern for my appearance to make sure my hair is properly groomed, and I don't care enough about the sensibilities of those around me to make sure I don't look like a dirtbag". It's that same lack of regard for the sensibilities of others that causes men to be unable to apologize when they are wrong.
The rest of the sloppy attire says "I hope to fade into the scenery by looking like an old, dirty sofa with a poorly-fitting slipcover."

Cut your hair, put the money issue in the past, and make the best of your situation. You have to live under his roof for the duration, so don't sweat the small stuff. If you MUST have long raggedy hair, I'm sure you are aware that after you cut it, it will grow back.

Parents seem to have a hard time admitting they can be wrong too. Unfortunately, so does the rest of the world. The best thing I can tell you is this, tell your dad how it made you feel. And not when you are already emotional. Do it in a rational way and he just may see things a little more clearly from your side.

well parents can be difficult sometimes, and when you are all grown up you can do whatever you want. your dad thinks that he is doing what's best for you, but but sometimes parents make a series of mistakes in the midst of that. ( like how he accused you of stealing and then not apologizing)
get your hair cut, it won't hurt. i know you feel that it is a part of you and the ways you express your self, but just avoid conflict you know. and do what ever you want with your hair when you get older and move out

Yes, but he is your Dad and I'm guessing your legal guardian. Bide your time with him until you can legally move out without repercussions. One day you and he may actually have a good relationship. Some people mellow as they age.
