I worked for an administrator and she made TONS of money. However, the nurses have more control over the immediate care of the patients. Unfortunately, they are overworked so the care may not be as good as they would like it to be.

Nursing adminstration is your best choice. Recommend getting a MSN in adminstration, or a MBA
