Definitely Almonds.....I'd say the most healthy nuts would be those that are lowest in natural oils. Also pistachios help reduce cholesterol. 100g of pistachios gives 35% of your daily protein requirement.

Pecans are very high in antioxidants. They are not the best nuts for eating plain, but they are really yummy on salad.

donuts...? ;-) no, I'm kidding - but just to consider, nuts contain a lot of fat and calories, to enjoy small amounts...
I would not really recommend hazelnuts or walnuts, rather the softer kinds.
