It makes a hell out of spaghetti. We have in romania a traditional replacement for food that have been used more often in the past we call it "mamaliga" and it's made of corn boiled into water for about 10 min and if you put 2-3 sheets of mamaliga and cheese alternatively of height about 1cm each on the bottom of a bottle covered and put it on a fire till the cheese start melting of heat you get a very delicious food called "paturi" means sheets.

I love cheese. A day doesn't go by where i don't indulge. just had Stilton on Crackers actually at lunch time. I like Tesco mature Cheddar from the Deli' the best.
Don't like Brie though.

I like all types of cheese. Swiss cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Parmesan cheese and Creme cheese...yummy.

I love cheese, any kind of cheese.
Goat cheese, camembert, reblochon, cheddar, munster, roquefort, havarti, brie, emmenthal.. the list goes on and on!!!
Cheese is a pleasure and when you find a really great cheese paired with a wonderful wine, it's almost like heaven....

Brie, Cheddar, American, White American, Parmesan, Ricotta, Gouda, Provolone, Fresh Baby Mozzarella, Colby, Pepper Jack, Cottage, I could go on and on......

I love the huge variety of cheeses available here in the UK. There's something for everyone. I think Colston Basset Stilton is my favourite though.

cheese is the best it good with branston pickle,on toast ,with salad,on jacket potatoes cheese and potato pie,cheese and ham toastie,cheese pizza but best of all just plain cheese cut off the block for you to nibble on when your preparing dinner obviously something with cheese
