One of my favorites is making brownies from scratch, cut the whole tray so you have two layers and add a layer of Nutella in between! Yum!

Nutella cookies

13 ounces pre-made puff pastry
8 tablespoons Nutella
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
5 teaspoons granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape by about 15 x 9 inches in size Spread the nutella evenly over the top and sprinkle with the hazelnuts. Roll both on the long ends so that they meet at the center of the dough. Where the pieces meet, dampen the edges with a little water to join them together. Using a sharp knife, cut into thin slices. Place on the prepared cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a spatula. Sprinkle with the sugar, then bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden. When done, transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving. Makes about 26 cookies

Any recipee that uses plain chcolae that you have to melt you can use nutella. It is more expensive but it is much easier and it saves a lot of time.

Also the taste will be better because nutella contains grained nuts. Graining nuts that small is impossible without professional eqipment.

Try www.Nutella.de that's the official website. They have a receipe section there that covers everything from breakfast to milkshakes to snacks and dinner. The background noises on that website are annoying, especially the horn or whatever that noise is supposed to be. But the receipes are good.
