The reason fish is good for the body and the brain is because of fish oils. Fish oil contains important nutrients and proteins that the body can't create by itself. These nutrients and proteins can benefit the brain. Thus, every fish should be good for the brain, if it's cooked so that the nutrients remain (like if it's steamed versus if it is fried) and if you don't eat too much (or too little).

i'm able to take exhilaration in vegetables that eat deep sea fish-of route no longer farmed fish. What i do no longer take exhilaration in is ovo-vegetarians. I see that as an omnivore more desirable than pescatarian. Why would all people opt to eat a poultry embryo, fairly man or woman who were given the following from a burdened out, hormone injected, steroid raging mom. P.S. loose determination is a crock. The time period isn't even regulated. except you're procuring from an area farmer, in which you'll be able to witness the volume of chickens and the treatment, i'd ward off eggs and stick with Ener-G egg determination.

I will put you a question wich may be the start of your philosophic life or the end of your identity as a hoper and it's a thousand better for knowledge than any fish brain:
How do you thing the pyramids were made, I mean there were blocks of over 20 tons carried 300 km, for what? were they borred? there were even 80 tons blocks, perfect cutted, the funeral stones with the hole inside are perfect cutted and from one piece and you couldn't paint the pyramid with the light of torches because of the black smoke that "paints" the rest

Fish that contains a lot of fat is good for the brain - and generally for your health. Examples are makreel, saumon, ansjovis, sardines.
They are best prepared grilled with a nice herbal sauce.
A delicatessen. Serve with a nice green salad and rice or potatos.
Mathias does the best sauce (and fish).
