why do you want to lose weight fast? the only healthy way to lose weight is gradually and controlled. eat well exercise and stay hydrated. never mind special foods and pills and this and that. if you're weight is constant now that means calories=energy use(exercise,movement), if it is climbing then calories>energy use so to lose weight calories
Just to all those commenting there is nothing wrong with people who can't spell well - there are things they can do that you can't, this isn't a spelling contest.

Lots of and only raw veggies and a lil fruit
its like a detox flushes it all out
u feeeeel gooooooood after about 3 weeks
hard but worth it

do not eat to much and eat 3 hrs b4 u go to dose off. drink lots of water it is gud 4 ur health
