I am working for american company, outside of US, and I would like to move to US. There is no future in my country, I want better life for myself.

First try the Green Card Lottery. My wife got her Green Card that way.
Basically you fill out a form online and the gov. chooses 50,000 entries who are given an opportunity to get a Green Card. It has been around for many years.
When my wife did it she won it after 3 years of trying.
If you are married then you can both enter on your own. If one of you wins then both of you (because you are married) are given the chance to get the Green Card.
It is free to enter the lottery but if you win it costs about $600 to get all the paperwork and stuff together but it sure beats the thousands you might pay a lawyer to do it for you.
In all I know 7 people who have gotten their Green Cards that way.
If you choose to try it then DO NOT go through an agency to do it. It if 100% FREE to enter the green Card Lottery so why would you pay someone else to do it for you. It takes abour 10 minutes to fill out the form online.

Check the American Consulate where you stay...or find a friend in the US that can do some checking for you..
