I have been looking for a serious relationship. But men only want sex. They are not interested in anything long term. I just don't understand this.

Despite modern societal standards... most guys are not really monogamous... many don't specifically pursue "a relationship" a relationship forms naturally... if after a period of time the couple really digs each other... it's just natural that they fall into a relationship.

Quit looking. There are thousands of men out there that want a serious relationship. But, if you come across initially like that it will scare them off. Men like to be the ones to initiate a serious relationship. I have found, (due to my testing theories), that if a woman treats a man the way men treat women; thus, the men become women. If you don't act desperate or like you even care the men will be more aggressive. They will pursue you like crazy. The chase is what excites men. During the chase, they get to know you and eventually fall in love. I've just been looking for fun but most of they guys I date end up wanting to get married or something. I'm just not ready for that right now. Don't give up they are out there.

Because, you shouldn't look for "them", make them look for "you". Perhaps you are meeting guys in the wrong places. Where do you usually meet these kind of guys that only want sex. Maybe you should surround yourself with a different caliber of company and your luck will change. Also, don't be so anxious, good things come to those who wait.

girl you are so right cause i have been having the same problem cause recently i got dumped by a guy whom i truly adored but the truth is that your man will come someday without you even knowing it and he is going to love you and adore you and love you for who you are not sex
