because american men are too lazy. they dont care about anything but themselves. women are objects to them.

I think many American women would either be embarrassed by the noise, afraid it would wake up the neighbors, pissed of that it woke her up, or paranoid about whether the guy was stalking her or not. I personally would just laugh hysterically if my boyfriend tried to sing me some love song outside my window. It just seems like one of those things you'd see in some old 50's movie for teenagers, not something real people with any amount of intelligence or maturity would do...except maybe as a joke.
Besides, there aren't very many guys who can really pull that off. You have to have a really good singing voice to sing a capella outside someone's window without sounding like an idiot.
Not to mention that most young Americans don't like the type of music that young men could use to serenade their girlfriends. An American girl is much more likely to prefer Nine Inch Nails or Anti-Flag or Korn than Julio Iglesias or some American Idol dork (whose music and voice they would perceive as being "corny" or "mushy" or "too old-school"). And singing Korn at the top of your lungs outside someone's window is more likely to get you arrested than embraced.

Lol, the real reason(in thenight) sing songs. Men have become
peeping toms and the laws here don't allow that kind of
invasion of privacy. Even if the blinds are open and she is
standing in front of a mirror.

In America prolly 75+% of men & women too can't carry a tune or hit the right notes. To those who say, "Willy's crazy I can" let me hear you? And yeah I admit I can't but I sing Da Blews, a whole other category!
